International Soccer Tours

FAQ

How much does it cost to go on tour?

Tour costs are largely dependent upon where you are going, how long you will be there, what time of year you are traveling, and what you plan on doing on tour.  In most cases you can expect to pay a total price between $2,000 to $3,000 per person for a ten day team tour to Europe.  Pricing for fan tours is noted specific to the tour we are putting together.  We break things down into three easy to understand categories: Airfare, Land Package, and Out of Pocket Expenses.  For more information on tour costs please see our pricing section.

Which countries do you offer tours to?

We offer tours throughout the world, however, we recommend the following countries for team tours: Germany, Austria, Brazil, England, Ireland, Holland, and Scandinavia.  With over 40 years of combined soccer tour experience around the world, we find that these countries offer the best experience for team travel.  Fan tours are dependent upon event locations.

Can parents come on tour?

Yes, parents and siblings are welcome to join the tour at the coach’s discretion.  We often have parents and siblings accompany the players on tour.

How many games will we play overseas?

When playing friendly matches overseas, most teams end up playing 3 to 4 matches.  Based on the level of your team we will arrange competition accordingly to ensure that the matches are competitive.  For teams choosing to play in tournaments you will play multiple games with shorter match times similar to tournaments in the United States.

What should we bring with us on tour?

We will provide you with a packing list a few months prior to your departure.

Will there be time for sightseeing?

Yes, while the tours are oriented towards soccer there will be plenty of time for sightseeing around games and training.  We wouldn’t have done our job if we let you leave Europe without taking in some of culture.  In most cases we will provide you with an experienced tour guide.  Please see our photo gallery and sample itineraries for more information on sightseeing.

What is included in the tour?

Team tours are customized to meet your needs, but they typically will include accommodation, transportation, meals, friendly matches, and sightseeing.  See our team tours section for more information and to view sample itineraries.

How far in advance should we start planning our tour?

We recommend beginning to plan your tour about a year in advance; however, we are typically able to accommodate your group up to six months in advance of your planned tour dates.

What age groups do you offer tours for?

Team tours are available from ages 12 to adult, we do not recommend any age groups under 12 years of age.  Team tours are available for both boys and girls teams, and we often have college teams go overseas for preseason training.
